I woke up this morning to find the washing was out. All those white shirts dazzling us. The "No Wonders" are on top so soon this season. With a round of 72 to lead the field. In fact, the ladies are blooming all together. Barbara's "Dynamos" wound themselves up to the same score. And then what do we get? Joanne's "All Stars" at 85 puntos! (It sounds less threatening in Spanish).
Ladies' week in the Tiger Balm Gardens.
The Allotments got going on time! There are 18 of us and there will be 34 matches. Teams play each other twice. Bad luck for Nigel's "Cool Feet from Essex" team with 70 points! He got entangled in the washing. Good score, bad luck. I've given him a flag of consolation.
With my score, there were 4 teams that I could have beaten in the Allotments. And I am only 72 points behind the Washing in the Gardens. Look on the bright side!
